I applied online. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY) in Sep 2023
Interview
I applied online. Finished 3/4 questions for the OA online. Got rejected email 3 days later telling I'm not fit for the job. To be honest, I though I did pretty good for the OA, but I guess I wasn't luckly for this position. Will try to apply more internships.

Question 1
Object Oriented Programming questions. Each is built on top of each other so you need to complete each level before moving on to the next one
I came across an opportunity online. Prior to submitting an application, a prerequisite is to tackle a CodeSand challenge. This challenge comprises fixing five bugs, after which you're required to provide the link to your solution in your application. While the bugs weren't excessively difficult, I invested several days to address them. The company opted to reject my application without offering any insights. Such disregard for people's time feels truly disrespectful. Please, Ramp, you NEED to improve your interview process.

Bug 1: Select dropdown doesn't scroll with rest of the page Bug 2: Approve checkbox not working Bug 3: Cannot select _All Employees_ after selecting an employee Bug 4: Clicking on View More button not showing correct data Bug 5: Employees filter not available during loading more data
First a 30 minute phone screen and then a 1 hr technical interview, from what I was told there are basically 3 technical rounds throughout the entire process. Was told my interview would be for frontend but did not end up getting a frontend question, which was confusing.
