As part of the application process for the role, there is a test that candidates need to complete. It’s an interesting and enjoyable challenge to work on, but unfortunately, they don’t send any follow-up emails or notifications to let you know whether you passed or not. This lack of communication can be frustrating, especially after putting in the effort to complete the test.

Completed a capture the flag problem & react code sandbox to submit an application. Responded with a typical automated rejection a week later. Coding screenings like this should only occur after you've reviewed my application, or had your software scan my resume to deem me worth of a recruiter call. Otherwise, you are just wasting peoples time.
