      Customer Experience Lead Interview

      Apr 1, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp in Feb 2025

      Interview

First two interviews within the hiring process were pleasant and expected; the normal experience questions, 'name a time when you experienced xyz'. The third interview was a practical presentation where I was asked to complete a root cause analysis on a fake scenario and create a business plan to address it. This was presented on the third interview. I found that there was very little detail given in the fake scenario, and very little feedback or questions asked during the presentation. Otherwise, this was a pretty decent interview experience!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you determine what is 'good' information and what is 'bad' information within a company and between coworkers? How would you encourage your team to trust you as a lead?
