Interview
Extremely impersonal and frustrating. I was sent a link to answer some questions on video which isn’t especially uncommon, but the process was extremely disappointing. Once the question appears, you have 30 seconds to think and plan a response and then 60 seconds to answer. In my opinion, 60 seconds is just not enough time to give a full and complete answer to the questions that were asked. And because of that, I found myself trying to rush to answer in time, and stumbling over my words because I was concerned about running out of time. After I submitted the answers, I got a form rejection email within a day or so. Never spoke to an actual person in this process which is very unfortunate. I understand that they probably have a high volume of applicants and are trying to screen quickly, but this method is almost certainly causing you to miss some great applicants.

What is the most valuable feedback you have received?
After applying, got an automatic email reply with links to complete two separate initial AI screenings. One was a timed assessment and the other was an AI interview. The AI interview let's you record your answer to questions twice which was nice and the assessment was fairly straightforward but also open-ended. Use time accordingly. 30 minutes total.

But then, I got confused because they sent a recording interview, a test and an online interview. Did not know if I had to finish the others before the online interview. But well.

I Applied online, you have to ensure you have an updated resume to pass the AI screening. Then had a virtual recorded interview with pre-recorded questions. There was no interviewer, just questions that were shown to be answered within a certain time frame. Then another written timed interview, then phone interview
