I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
This process took 7 weeks. I was referred by another employee and went through the 5 rounds of the interview process. Many of the sales employees I spoke with were highly unenthusiastic and fairly cold in the responses to what I had said. It took them over 3 weeks to get back to me after my final interview just for them to tell me "all of the positions have been filled." This was an extremely strenuous process that was handled poorly.
Other Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview Reviews for Ramp
Quick process and the hiring team was very helpful and responsive. 5 rounds seemed like a lot but was ultimately very smooth and the business case was very straightforward. Overall I was very happy with how the whole process went.
Started with AI did not feel very personable and felt that there were disadvantages. Cool company, but seems they may not be looking there. Feels like there needs to be a lot to align in order for this to work. Probably a high-intensity environment.

Interview
Similar to how everyone described. They care more about vibes and intelligence level instead of focusing on your experiences. Just be personable and come prepared. It is essential to be very well-versed in the product and company.
