I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ramp in Mar 2026
Interview
Lengthy process. In total, there are 7 interviews: recruiter screening, hiring manager call, business case presentation (includes pre-work), then 4x 30 minute 1:1s. Recruiter screening was basic - background overview, tell me about a time you worked with different stakeholders, etc. Hiring manager call was largely behavioral & experience questions. Business case: you needed to do a decent bit of prework, but you didn't need to submit it. Then you shared what you learned & they added more info. e.g., prework: how would you go about expanding to this type of new customer. Then live, tell me about what you learned + now with this new info, lets add on and discuss.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ramp in Feb 2024
Interview
Interviewed for several roles. After a hiring manager interview, I was told I would be continuing on in the process, but even with multiple follow up emails the process dragged on without a follow-up. After several weeks the recruiter said the role went to someone else. I was then offered to interview for another role and asked to work on a case study. Presented the material to a two-person panel. I was offered a fairly good offer, but declined because I had a better offer from another company.
