I applied via referral and my first call was a 5 minute screen with a recruiter, second was with someone working in growth. He checked his phone during the interview and was visibly uninterested. Wasn't asked for any interviews beyond that.

Great interview process, questions were asked quickly but there was a friendly tone throughout the meeting. The culture appears very enjoyable and from an outside perspective appears to be an enjoyable place to work.
