Interview
>1. Applied on the company job application page. >2. Got rejection 3 days later Solving the quiz is fantastic and excited, explored an article about how to build react component library is what I rewarded for the whole process, which solved a challenge I faced in my previous company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ramp in Feb 2023
Interview
Application process was a bit much - they make you do some DOM tree traversal to find some secret keyword, and then a coderpad challenge using that keyword, after of which you submit the coderpad link as part of your application. Was contacted for an initial call about a week later. The person was not only late to the meeting, but he just overall seemed uninterested in the conversation. The questions they asked were typical initial questions, on top of some React related questions (talk about React component libraries, etc). Overall, the interview felt unprofessional. Probably one of the worst interview processes I’ve gone through, mainly because of how lengthy and complex it is just to apply, and how unprofessional the interview went.

Question 1
Talk about your experience. What are React component libraries?

Interview
They will ask you to do a coding challenge on codesandbox so that you can send your application. Then they will flat-out send you a decline email even though you got the right solution. Horrible experience. Completely a waste of time!
