I applied online. I interviewed at Ramp (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2026
Interview
I received an email from Ramp via HireflixI and was invited to complete a video interview consisting of 3 recorded questions, each with a two-minute time limit and 1 opportunity to re-record. The process was straightforward and easy to access via a provided link. The email indicated the recruiting team would follow up within 24–48 hours, though I received an update several days later that they decided to move forward with other candidates.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp in Jun 2025
Interview
Clear communication and ongoing transparency from the Recruiting team throughout the entire process. I had insight into how many rounds of interviews would take place, as well as the total timeline. The recruiters were very easy to communicate and work with; and were very excited when they extended an offer.
