Ramp Community Events Manager interview questions

There was no contact from the recruiting manager and just a direct email from the hiring manager. It was a 30 minute interview but from all my hiring manager interviews, I never left a call knowing I did not want to report under this person. She wasn't friendly, questions were weird (what does A+ mean to you?) and when I asked "what is your team culture and what does a high performer look like on your team?" She said "wow well I'll say my counterpart because I don't want to stack my team." I meant just in general what does a high performer look like on her team! I'm not sure what side of the bed she woke up on or if that's her personality, but left that call thinking I'd never want to work for her. This role has also been around for a couple of months so maybe they need to re-think this interview process. Got the rejection email but I totally understood, we did not vibe.
