I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
There were 5 rounds. An initial recorded video screening that is only 3 minutes, Recruiter screening, Hiring Manager behavioral interview, role play, and a final round interview with the Director & Pre-Sales Manager. For the Ai screening, your limited to 1 minute for 3 separate answers so be prepared to be concise. The recruiter was really great and super helpful throughout the process. He was definitely there to help you win! The role play is a 30 minute call where you prepare 5 slides and pitch to 3 Ramp employees. It's a great way to see what the day in the life will be for this role. Lastly, the Director is ultimately the decision maker, so be your most prepared in this round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-Be prepared to objection handle in the role play
-Usual behavioral questions for the other interviews (tell me about a win, how do you prioritize, tell me about a failure, etc)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp in Mar 2025
Interview
I worked with Griffin throughout. Very communicative and outlined expectations clearly. Also took the time to talk me through the Case Study part of the process. Ultimately didn't get the job, but was provided clear feedback afterwards. One of the smoother interview processes I have been a part of it.
