RWS Group interview questions

After applying, I was asked to submit an unpaid test of around 600 words. The feedback was very positive and a new interview was scheduled, via teams, with three members of the team I would be joining. They told me that I should receive feedback in two weeks maximum, positive or negative, but I didn't get any response from them. I had to send a follow-up email, which only was answered after several days and in which I was told that the position had been put on hold. After speaking to several colleagues in the area, I was told that they do this all the time. So basically, they like to waste our time and end up ghosting us.

The process began with a translation test, which was fair and aligned with the job scope. I was pleased to have passed it and moved on to the interview stage. Unfortunately, the interview experience was extremely disappointing. The interviewer came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which made the entire conversation uncomfortable and demotivating. Instead of engaging in a constructive dialogue, the tone felt interrogative and discouraging. It was disheartening, especially after investing time and effort into the test.
