The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I had a couple of phone calls with her, then a language assessment.
She was very nice.
The language test had to be done within a few days (I appreciated the flexibility because despite saying it would take 3 hours, it took me more like 10 hours-research, validating, review...).
I passed this test, and then the job was put on hold... she contacted me a couple of weeks later to set up a proctored language assessment (all unpaid, kinda sucks). I had planned for it but decided to cancel, it was very complicated, and again, unpaid. It was just going to take too much of my time for a job that paid little and was contract-based AND hours were not guaranteed. Oh, and they expected you to relocate without any assistance.
The main reason was that my current contract was extended, so I wasn't looking anymore.
