It began with an HR screening round focusing on my background and career goals, followed by a technical round with accounting concepts such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, and accrual vs. cash basis. The interviewer also asked scenario-based questions related to month-end close, GL reconciliations, and AP/AR processes. The final round was more about cultural fit, problem-solving ability, and my interest in the role. Overall, the process was clear, well-organized, and gave me a good impression of the company’s standards.
