A short phone call to find out about the position, the company in general and what is expected. Interviewer was well prepared, asked the right questions and willingly answered all of mine.
Very bad impression from the start as RRHH made me waste my time. The person in charge forgot our meeting, so I had to remind her. She was OoO that day, but replied saying she would find time to call me next day. She did not reply until next day, so I had to insist. Then she said she did not have time, so another colleague would call me. The second interviewer finally called me and it went well. She explained I would need to take a 1 hour test during the second interview. Then 2 more interviews were still pending. I accepted, but during the second interview she sent me the test and said that "actually no one takes one hour, everyone takes around 2 hours". I suddenly felt that I was no longer interested in this company due to their lack of transparency and the first interviewer's attitude. It is an unnecessarily long selection process, especially if we take into account that the majority of the people interviewed will have to take the 2 hour test and then they will be discarded, and still 2 more interviews will be pending. I wish this company was more empathetic with our time.
