RWS Group BA interview questions

They conducted a 20 mins video call interview for which I travelled 2.5 hrs to reach the office in BLR. I received many calls from the recruiter asking me to come to the interview, but I never heard back after the interview even after many follow up. I got face to face interview slot scheduled and was not made aware of the video conference interview. I followed up with the recruiter and HR after the interview, but I didn't hear back. They were struggling to find the time to compose a basic email of rejection.
