I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Jan 2023
Interview
Gonna be honest I had a feeling ever since the phone screening it wasn’t going to be good. Whoever was the hiring manager or whatever senior was just came off very standoffish. It was a group zoom interview with him and another engineer. The engineer was decent/cool. But honestly showed me a lot about the culture at that specific area when they interviewed not very comfortable. Honestly glad I didn’t get an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about classes and objects. What is polymorphism? What is method overloading? Tell me about a class project.
It was very simple, fair and straight forward where the interview was more focused on personality like if you would fit well with current culture and coding trivia to make sure you understood basic oop concepts
