RTX Software Engineer interview questions

I wouldn't say casual but better than I expected. I had a panel for different jobs and they all asked me questions about my experience in related areas after given me a brief description on what the overall job goal was.

Very professional. First round was a campus screening, then a second interview in their facility. This second interview is followed by a lunch provided by a HR staff. After that, final result was emailed within a few days.
