RTX Operation Engineer interview questions

A lot of questions on my past experience with engineering work/topics. The process consisted of a single phone interview where I spoke directly with the Operations Industrial Engineering Lead and he was very down-to-earth and nice. By the end of the call, I was offered the position instantly and began working there less than a week later!
