RTX interview questions

Very laid back and informal. There were three engineers who conducted the interview and asked questions about engineering, problem solving, and personality. They asked about previous experience and how it played into the job.

Series of panel interviews focused on behavioral and job experience questions. Also a presentation on personal leadership style and significant accomplishments. Got the impression they were just going through the motions and had already identified a preferred candidate.
