RTX interview questions

The interview format included a detailed orientation to the company with a good benefits overview. The management team seems helpful and training opportunities exist; I enjoyed talking to the management team.

Fairly relaxed. Introductions. Then a scripted set of questions that you would expect in an interview. They are looking for critical thinkers and problem solvers. Have a set of life experiences at the top of your head to pull from and you'll do fine. Also, don't be afraid to ask for a minute to think if you're coming up blank, it's better than rambling.
