Interview
This is very straight forward process. They send you an email, then you go through one screening. After that you get invited to a super day where you have to do a presentation for a topic of their choosing, as well as do more behavioral (2) interviews. They take about 1-3 weeks to get back to you on if you get the job.

Interview
Started with an online questionnaire, i.e. what would you do in certain situations + your relevant experience. Followed up by a brief 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter. Final step was a Zoom call with 3 individuals from the NDT Departments.

Interview
Overall, great process. Application was responded to within 6 business days by recruiters wishing to set up initial interviews. Ultimately had three interviews across hiring manger, HR, and cross-functional teams. Challenging interview but good with advanced prep. Non-STAR format.
