RTX interview questions

I found the role online and connected with a recruiter via someone in my network. I also first tried to contact other recruiters, but never got a response. Major take away: Referrals or bust. Recruiter set up a phone interview

There was only one interview of 45 minutes. I heard back for an interview about 2-3 weeks after applying for the position and heard 1 week after the interview with an offer.
