RTX interview questions

There are two interviews and a background check in between. After the first interview there is a background check and resumes and notes are sent to the Supply Chain Manager for review. After the review the Supply Chain Manager will select a few resumes for the final interview. I was called to schedule an interview for the following week. The first interview was a panel interview over the phone with the department manager, an engineer, and the HR manager. I was asked basic questions about my experience and education. No surprise questions then the usual. The interview lasted about 45 mins. and went very well.

Had an on campus interview with three behavioral questions. They asked what I want to work on and where I want to go, from that I suppose the HR from Boston called me up. They pulled all the stops for a fancy 2 day hiring event. I was flown first class, stayed at a fancy hotel on the harbor and fed fine dining. There was a networking dinner with hiring managers which was beneficial in getting to talk to people, but was a mess because all the people at the event were not properly accomodated (place to sit, not enough room, finger foods). Interviews were preset and went by like a breeze; just like a conversation where they asked questions about the resume and work interests. The interviewers were neutral and no feedback on available positions.
