I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RTX
Interview
First met with recruiters at a career fair. Had a short 30 minute interview same day with one of the recruiters. After a few weeks, was invited to a two-day hiring event. The first day was tours of Raytheon facilities and a social mixer with different department heads and recruiters. The next day was designated solely for interviews. Met with different department recruiting teams composed of two or three members. Each interview was also fairly short, and was composed primarily of behavioral based questions and interests in the specific department. Received offer after about a week.

Interviewed with several managers for 30 min each, went over more general/personality fit questions than technical questions since I was a college grad and they had my transcript/GPA.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Recruited through on campus career fair. I spoke to a recruiter and within a week I received a request for an interview on campus. Very straightforward interview, no difficult questions. Interview was non-technical, instead was centered around leadership experience and problem solving. The interviewer was very professional and nice, and was an actual engineer at the company, not someone from HR. I am still waiting to hear back.
