RTX interview questions

Initial interview was over the phone followed by an on-site interview. Met with 3 different people individually while at site. Each interviewer was very professional and provided unique insight into the role while giving a clear picture of the company, team and expectations. I car away with a good feeling about the company as well as the team and job at hand.

I was first contacted by a hiring manager from HR, then set up a phone interview. This all happened within a couple weeks of applying. I was invited to Tucson for a hiring event. The first night there we went to dinner not far from the hotel, then the next day we went to the facility, went through tours and interviews. We were notified whether or not we got the job the same day.
