RTX interview questions

One phone interview with 4 Raytheon employees. One in person interview on site with the same 4 employees. Round robin interview covered education, experience, personality and problem solving. One technical presentation to a board. I interviewed with five other candidates. We all were together and got to watch all the presentations. Senior management watched the presentation as well.

They're questions were geared toward the type of worker you would be rather than deep technical questions. The remaining part of the interview was the panel explaining the many opportunities that the company offered. It was mostly each panel member explains the benefits of their particular work area.
