Background questions, basic UNIX and Networking questions, discussion about work schedules and work life balance. The Manager was courteous and professional, shirt and tie, and in an office filled with books on software and hardware. Put me at ease early and conducted a good interview. I was introduced to the Senior Hardware Engineer and we discussed my background in electronics maintenance, my naval career, and my training background.

The interview process was straightforward. It was a in-person interview. They test you on your technical skills and try to assess whether you are a team player or not. Make sure you are technically equipped and communicate that you are a team player and can get along with all kinds of people

Attended on campus info session then took part in an on campus interview. Then conducted a phone interview with my manager followed by an on site 5 hour interview. The questions were almost entirely behavioral questions as well as describing things on my resume.
