I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was a huge hiring event in Tucson. It was mostly engineers, but there were people there from all disciplines. The actual interview was mostly behavioral questions and a review of my resume. I got stumped on a few technical questions, but I received an offer anyway. I brought pictures of my previous projects and that seemed to help.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2014
Interview
College hiring event. Take advantage of the networking dinner the night before. The interview itself is 3v1 and they will grill you on every single detail on your resume. Be prepared to defend yourself and impress them in the process. Be confident, calm and courageous. In this, I mean that every interview is going to be stressful and you will be nervous, but be honest, and be yourself. There is no need to try to be someone you are not and the interviewers will definitely notice if you are not 100% candid with what you know and what your accomplishments are.
