Interview
The interview process was initiated via telephone and continued in person. The process was painstakingly long, and required significant follow-up with HR and the security clearance personnel. Negotiations for salary were successful in my favor, although I didn't know my exact job duties until onboarding.

It was closed door interview with two managers who asked fairly easy questions about my past work experience and what jobs I had performed, they asked what was my best qualities, what I expected from a company and I was later introduced to the other employees. The overall experience was average it was nothing out of the ordinary. I was hired

Interview
They were very guiding and understanding of my concerns that a large move across country would have on my family. They were willing to work a rollout plan that was an easy to adjust to transition plan. I interviewed with a recruiter as a first step to understand my requests. Next was the hiring manager which was discussing the details of the role, and finally the final offer process from the HR representative.
