I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied for tow positions at Raytheon in Tucson, both Director 1 level postings. I was contacted by the JR HR Recruiter and later handed off to the Senior Talent Acquisition manager. Both were professional and on time for all meetings. In the panel there were 3 VPs, one senior director and an HR person. All were prepared with my resume and had done some of their own background searches.

Question 1
They asked me to go through my resume with them - something I had not fully prepared for - but that was fine and I was able to expand on other areas I trimmed to make it fit on 2 pages. Other areas asked included time for me to explain what I would have to offer the company, what is your biggest weakness or fault... The interview lasted about an hour and then the Senior VP came in for an additional 1/2 hour. He asked for some specific skill sets that I did not have and didn't try to make it look like I did. I was asked back for a second interview which was more collegial than the first but with many of the same questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RTX (Richardson, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I attended the career fair on May 19th. they collected everyone's resumes in the beginning. I guess the hiring managers were looking through the resumes to see if they matched any of the open positions. After an hour I was told they don't have any job for me and I left without participating in an interview.
