RTX interview questions

Very through process with multiple screenings by HR and Directors. Sometimes unclear why I was speaking with certain Directors as they seemed uninterested in the process. Very few technical questions, mostly wanted to know my Rolodex and ability to capture work.

Called asked if I would meet with them. We met at a restaurant. Talked about the duties of the position. They asked your standard interview questions. Made sure to stress that the job was a time demanding job, and that the drive was REALLY long. 1H 15M.
