RTX interview questions

Hiring team was made up of one. HR was not part of the interview, but they just handled the correspondence until the interview day. Interview was competency-based mixed with a few technical questions, overall it lasted 1 hour. There was no feedback heard from the hiring manager even though it was mentioned several times feedback would be given to the candidate regardless of the outcome.

The interview conducted by the manager was fair and insightful. The process gave me a true view of the scope of work and expectations for the job. In addition, it helped me know the challenges of the project I would be undertaking.
