RTX interview questions

1) Recruiter will call you, initial screening to match up your wants/needs to an opening and schedule an initial interview with hiring manager. 2) Hiring manager calls you and goes over experiences, behavior questions and light tech questions. Technical interview is scheduled. 3) Technical interview is 1:1, typically over the phone. OO questions mostly. 4) You interview with them on-site. 5) Offer is made. I declined the offer. It was 25k below industry standard and they wouldn't budge. Given California's cost of living in their vicinity. Nearly half my income would be rent dollars.

The process took an entire day to complete with a break for lunch in between. First half introduced the company and their beliefs, after lunch began the interview process.
