I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Huntsville, AL) in Aug 2018
Interview
About 10 days after I applied, a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was with 3 managers in a conference call and consisted of basic behavioral questions and a resume/experience review. About an hour after I got off of the phone interview my recruiter asked me to set up an on-site. I scheduled my on-site for the next week. It was with the same 3 interviewers with slightly more in-depth questions regarding my experience, resume, and goals. After about an hour, they brought in two engineers that will be my peers for an informal conversation. I'm assuming this part was to gauge my social skills and to get a different viewpoint of my personality. Then they gave me a tour of the facility and took me to lunch. It was a very good and non-intimidating experience. I received a verbal offer 3 days later, then a written offer a week after that.

Interview
I had an interview with three korean people about 45 min.
They have a individual area of interview questions on information on company, role of BD, and general aspects of person.
the interview has done with English and Korean.
I really appriciated to them for trying to listen my answer.
It was fairly simple but nice interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RTX (Denver, CO) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview was very short due to pay discussion. Raytheon's pay scale is ridiculously low. I do not recommend this company unless you absolutely need the money, or you are at an entry level in your career.
