RTX interview questions

The interview process started with a phone interview. It was evident from the interview that they were in need of staff to help with the high volume of work. The interview lasted less than 30 minutes.

After phone interview I was invited to their hiring event. The first day was finger printing and some info session. The evening networking session is important where I got two more interviews. The next day is interview with different group of people. I got 2 positions offer out of 3 interviews. If you do not hold DoD security clearance, you need to wait to the clearance be ready before you start.
