RTX interview questions

I had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes and then 2 weeks later I got an email asking to have an on site inteview at the Tucson Arizona location. They were not extremely communicative with me

I was asked multiple questions about my background, previous job experience, how I would handle specific situations and questions about my personality. I had a phone interview then was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with 3 Raytheon employees and they each asked me multiple questions. It was a very comfortable atmosphere and they explained the position and the company in length.
