Interview
Initial phone interview was for the WRONG position. Phone interview was for "code monkey" software job. After the manager (not the hiring manager) realized he changed the questions although it was adhoc. Followed up with a short face to face interview and a few days latter an offer. The disorganized nature of the interview, foreshadowed the experience with job.

Interview
After applying for the position via the on-line system, and a follow up contact via email, a phone interview was scheduled for an overseas position. The interview included the engineering lead and technical lead.
