I applied online. I interviewed at RTX in May 2019
Interview
Took about 3-4 weeks after i applied to get a phone interview setup. Talked to two guys over the phone, mostly behavior questions and asking about projects on my resume with some technical questions.
After a few days they invited me to a hiring event. It was a 2-day event where the first day was mostly registration and info sessions. On the 2nd day each person had their assigned interview date. The interview wasn't too bad and the hiring managers were very helpful in explaining their questions and assisting me through them. Overall a good interview process.

Interview
The interview process was the fastest I have ever been through. I had a phone screen less than 1 week after applying for the position and was interviewed the 1 week after the phone screen. The people I interacted with throughout the entire process were quick to reply, respectful, and straight forward. A very positive experience overall.
