Interview
Phone Call Interview with a team in New Mexico. Initially had an in person interview with hiring manager in Denver. We talked about my experience and the positon as a whole. They also asked about how I felt about moving from Colorado to New Mexico and working 12 hour days. After a week a received an offer and I accepted.

Question 1
Tell me a time where working with a team was not functional due to challenges other than communication
Was introduced as behavioral but was fairly technical. Asked a few technical questions about subjects of your choice. Discussed past experiences from my resume and what I would do in other technical scenarios.
Described the work done at the location. Then asked several unrelated technical positions to the job title. Asked about software engineering experience and principles unrelated to job description or responsibilities.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RTX (Windsor Locks, CT) in May 2025
Interview
the interview was very laid back and conversational, mainly had typical behavioral questions with no technical questions. the interviewer was clear about when i would hear back and gave enough time to ask questions near the end.
