RSA Security interview questions

Pros - None Cons - Terrible recruiter. The recruiter kept scheduling and canceling interviews. It look a long time to schedule the interviews. The recruiter messed up the times too - Interview process is 1:1 flawed interview. The 1:1 process is flawed as the interviewer can provide any bad feedback - nobody else on call to validate interview - The feedback is based on whether interviewer *personally liked* you - The interview is not based based on merit or qualifications - They have junior folks interview senior folks. The junior folks will give you wrong/bad feedback - they are too junior to know the answer and to know that there is more than one option beyond what they read in a book - The junior interview folks do not know the context of the interview - They have outside consultants/contractors interview senior full time roles. Their consultant interviewer himself does not know the right answer and gives you a wrong or bad feedback. Their consultant is not interested in hiring for the role - All round horrible experience Suggestions - Ask for panel or group interview with +2 people on the call - Ask for the hiring manager to be present in the interview call - Praise and admire the Interviewer and they will pass you! LOL -

There were 3 rounds. 2 technical and one managerial. They asked about stacks queues , some ds and algo questions, inheritance and java standard questions.. asked some standard questions. It was good experience.
