I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RSA Security (Bedford, MA) in May 2011
Interview
Initially, the company's HR was very slow at responding to me. I had a phone interview, which went well. They wanted me to fly out to Boston to interview in person, but would not pay for my flight/hotel. I felt that the interview went well in person, but other than a quick response to my thank you note I got no other correspondence. I followed up with each of the HR personnel that spoke with me, but got no response. Overall, I felt that the least they could do was to give me an idea of what was happening with my application.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RSA Security (Bedford, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
They were very unorganized. First, their reception did not even know the manager's phone number nor were they notified I had an appointment. I had to wait 30 minutes because of this. Then I was supposed to meet with 4 people. I only met with 3, and one of the managers was pulling me out of the meetings with the other two saying they had to be quick with me because they needed to leave at 5pm because of the traffic. They asked stupid questions and did not show consideration for my candidacy and answers. Very unpleasant experience.

Question 1
There weren't any original questions, just the regular behavior questions and the ones based on experience, but I felt the manager wasn't paying attention in me/my answers, and the conversation was flowing.

Interview
Initial phone call with the hiring manager, where we went over the job description and my skill set. At the end of the call we set up a time for me to come into the office. The in person interview was 2 hours, and I met with a handful of both employees and managers.
