RH Sales Associate interview questions

Straightforward and knowledgeable. Asked about past history and current opportunities and what I was looking to achieve. Totally open and candid with role and work required. Nothing too challenging or concerning.

The interview process was very smooth. The company seemed to have a lot of open ended questions and really got to know me as a person. I felt that my answers mattered. However, my interviewer seemed a little cold and I didn’t really get to know them that well. Would not answer questions about company culture.
