I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
I arrived 10-minutes early and the interviewer was waiting in the lobby talking with other employees. An employee "checked me in" and the interviewer wouldn't make eye contact, didn't address me, and walked past me several times and completely ignored me. She was incredibly rude and made me not want to work there, despite being overqualified.

I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Applied online, had a phone interiview (because I lived out of state), then two video interviews. They told me they would get back to me the following Monday. My last video interview was a Friday so I waited over a week and didn't get a reponse so I called their store twice asking if they could at least get back to me. 2 weeks later, I got an email letting me know that they went a different direction. I already got a job within the time they got back to me. The dynamic of the interiview felt very judemental. Thankful I ended up not working for them.

What makes you good enough for the gallery curator position?
I applied through the company website. The next morning the gallery leader called me to candidly interview me over the phone and we scheduled an in-person interview later that same week.
