I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Austin, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interviewer asked me a series of questions about my past professional experiences, but I noticed her constantly looking past me and zoning-out as I gave my answers, which were perfectly clear and thoughtful. It was one of the rudest and most dismissive interviews I have ever been a part of and I definitely don't lament not getting a call back from them.

Question 1
How would you describe Restoration Hardware's typical clientele?

Interview
The interview process was weird and frankly annoying to deal with. The company values are just on paper, not in practice. The interview process took place in late 2020 during COVID, so job hunting is already stressful to deal with.

Question 1
Standard Interview Questions... describe your strengths, describe difficult situations etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Austin, TX) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. My experience was all virtual due to being out of state and COVID-19. My first interview was a random phone call from the Gallery Leader lasting about 20 minutes. My second interview was a Skype interview with the same Gallery Leader lasting upwards of 1.5 hours. My third interview was with 2 Associate Gallery Leaders lasting about 45 minutes. Finally, my fourth interview was attending an hour long daily Value's Meeting with the whole team of the respective gallery. I received my offer a few days later and accepted.
There was a lack of communication internally with RH as I was asked the same very specific questions multiple times. The focus of all the interviews were about the RH Values, not my individual skill. You must spend a good amount of time preparing and really looking into the company values, mission, trends, and product yourself to be a successful candidate.
