RH interview questions

I was invited in for an interview to the gallery and we set up in the back of the showroom at a table. I was greeted and asked hobbies, what I've been doing to keep busy during covid/previous experience etc. She explained the job to me and we had back and forth questions for each other and it seemed like a great fit. I was given a business card and was told the other team of hiring managers would be out the next two weeks on vacation. I sent a follow up email thanking them for the opportunity and did not hear back. After calling and emailing after 3-4 weeks and not hearing back ANYTHING. I was ghosted. Completely unprofessional and wasted my time.

45 minute interview mostly focused on personality and values. The conversation was casual but it was important to know company values and beliefs and to have an honest enthusiasm for the position.
