RH interview questions

Redundant and inconsistent. An hour long phone call with the recruiter followed by an hour long in person interview with the gallery leader and another assistant leader. Then an hour zoom call with a leader from another state. No follow up after hours of my time. I finally reached out and was told “thanks for your time but we’re moving forward with someone else.” They would not have reached out to me had I not reached out after almost a week of not hearing anything. By far the most chaotic and unprofessional company I’ve ever interviewed with.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter. She was obviously sitting outside - all I could hear was traffic which was very distracting. Then I can hear her getting into her car and starting it. It was not a great experience for me, and I was not a great fit for the position so I was fine with the outcome.
