Interview
they have a pretty extensive interview process, even for the most entry level positions. I had 4 interviews for the role, three in-house, one with a gallery leader elsewhere on zoom.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Corte Madera, CA)
Interview
It was overall a very negative experience. I went in person for my third interview and everyone was so disorganized. I ended up doing my final interview of the day on the recruiters greasy personal computer - which kept dinging with personal text notifications from what seemed to be her ex husband. Super inappropriate. After my third interview I was told by the recruiter that I would be getting a call on Tuesday with either an offer or a denial and heard absolutely nothing which was inconsiderate as she knew I had another offer from another company. Later on Tuesday I receive an email from the director asking me to schedule my last and final interview. After that I hear nothing from the team and the recruiter ghosted me entirely. Extremely unprofessional and rude. All around just seems like a super unorganized and messy company- the staff even admitted that to me.
