RH interview questions

I was asked to go through 5 interviews, 4 of which were fantastic, one of which was awful. The first two people I met were kind, interesting, and helpful. The last woman was incredibly cold, rude, and frankly unkind. After all of this, I was told I did not have enough experience (I have worked in design for 4 years) and was denied the position. This position also undercut my last salary by $15k.

Lengthy, unstructured - multiple conflicting message. Required to operate in the grey, company does not prefer someone who is process driven. Culture does not seem invited, most leaders answer questions regarding culture from a very generic stance.
