RH interview questions

I had three before being offered the job. Each one was with a different manager and each interview was a little different in style based on the person. The first one done by the Store Manager (they have different titles but can't remember) felt more like a test. The second one, which would be my immediate manager was great, she is the reason I took the job. The last as the HR manager (for lack of her actual title) which was more about the philosophy of the company and do I fit into that. It took about 2-3 weeks before being offered the position.

Pretty brief questions and more so about your future goals. They discuss the nature of the company and how they do things. Also you speak to different leaders which is pretty cool. You try to find the best spot for you.
